I had trouble sleeping for about 9 months. It all started with a disk problem in my neck of me a terrible pain in my right arm. It did not get myself to wake up about 4 hours per night, and every two hours to fill my hot water bottle. After a while I began to worry about it and began to Ambien CR. It just gave me 4 hours, so switch to it after a few nights, I at 50 mg klonopin in combination with 150 mg of trazodone. It gave me only 5 hours sleep, and my dream is still broken. I'd always tell people, I look younger than my age, but now I feel worse, or at least look older. My skin is pale, the eyes are swollen a little and dark circles under them. My eyelids clumsy, even behind my eyesanother aspect. Klonopin and trazodone and my eyes are tired. I really try to sleep without these medications, but I'm afraid to sleep alone. I hoped that I began to enjoy myself more, but this is not the case. If you stop taking drugs, the sleepless nights for a while, really, what if I go a week without sleep and only get 4 hours to finish, he can not sleep and only 3 or 4 hours and so on.
